Key Botanicals & Philosophy

The expression is built around a precise selection of locally grown lemons, oranges, white grapefruits and mandarins, carefully sourced in collaboration with small farmers who continue
to cultivate their orchards using artisanal methods passed down through generations.
A fusion of distilled lemons, oranges, mandarins, and white grapefruits from Milis meets wild Sardinian juniper (Juniperus oxycedrus), helichrysum and bergamot, shaping an authentic expression of the territory, creating an elegan, fresh, structured and vibrant profile.
To the best of our knowledge, this is the only distilled gin range exclusively using citrus fruits from Milis.
Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, the peels are removed in a single continuous cut and naturally sun-dried at Casa RENA 41 to preserve aromatic purity and structural depth. ensuring authenticity and respect for the territory.

Colour: Clear with light straw-yellow reflections, bright and vibrant.
Nose: Fresh, intense and distinctly citrusy . Citrus aromas blend harmoniously with the characteristic Sardinian juniper from Casa RENA 41, delivering a bright, balanced and elegant expressive profile.
Palate: Lively and harmonious, with vibrant citrus supported by the structure of juniper and an elegant touch of helichrysum reminiscent of Sardinia’s coastal landscapes.
Finish: Refreshing and persistent, with lingering citrus notes and delicate Mediterranean accents.
