DISTILLATION
RENA 41® is a handcrafted Distilled Gin born just a few steps from Porto Cervo, in the heart of the Costa Smeralda®. Distilled in small batches using vacuum distillation, it preserves the freshness and delicacy of botanicals and citrus fruits, telling in every sip the story of an elegant, radiant, and deeply Mediterranean gin.
Each batch is created through meticulous craftsmanship and vacuum distillation, designed to preserve the freshness, aromatic intensity, and natural complexity of Sardinia’s botanicals and citrus.
This technique, which reduces the pressure inside the still and lowers the boiling point to 45°C–65°C, allows the most delicate essences of wild juniper, Milis citrus, and Gallura’s wildflowers to be extracted without altering their aromas.
The result is a gin that is fresh, natural, harmonious, and enveloping, reflecting the authentic character of the land where it was born.
